Rediscovering our Inner Joy

Please join us to revitalize your senses and to rediscover the joy-filled life that you were meant to live. The secret is so simple it will astound you.
The following poem by Ilchi Lee best describes how we can become one with who we really are by moving our bodies to the rhythm of all forms of music.

Movement
When you keep moving your body,
it raises the caliber of energy you possess.
First, the energy becomes abundant;
next, it becomes strong;
and finally, it becomes clear.
When your energy becomes abundant and clear,
the voice of your surface awareness
that argues about whether something is right or not, whether you did well or poorly begins to quiet down.
Instead, the voice of the profound awareness
situated in your deeper inner world flows forth.
True wisdom, confidence, and courage emanate.
It is the awakening of a fundamental energy
that you were born with, but which remains dormant until you stir it up.
In other words: JUST HAVE FUN!

    There were six of us in attendance and felt truly supported by each of my fellow Inner Joy Explorers. Thank you!

    Should I wear exercise clothes to an event like this?

      Wear comfortable clothes that do not bind and that allow you to move freely.

    I am stiff and sore from working out. It will be good to stretch and meditate instead.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
