REIA, the Real Estate Investors Association of Washington, is a Non-Profit Association made up of individual investors focused on assignments, wholesaling, flips, lease/options, landlording, rehabs, abandoned properties, probates, foreclosures, REOs, multi-family and commercial properties. Any and all ways to creatively buy, sell and finance properties!
Our main meeting is on the second Monday of each month in Bellevue, Washington for education and networking with periodic Chapter meetings in both Everett and Tacoma.
All levels of experience are welcome. Membership is not required to attend; a great attitude and an active interest or pursuit of real estate investing is!
