REIA, the Real Estate Investors Association of Washington, is a Non-Profit Association made up of individual investors focused on assignments, wholesaling, flips, lease/options, landlording, rehabs, abandoned properties, probates, foreclosures, REOs, multi-family and commercial properties. Any and all ways to creatively buy, sell and finance properties!
The REIA Tacoma Chapter meets on the first Thursday of each month in Tacoma, Washington for education and networking. REIA also offers a Monthly Meeting on the second Monday of each meeting in Bellevue, Washington and frequent Special Events, weekend Seminars, classes and several smaller round-table Master Mind Group Meetings. All levels of experience are welcome! Membership is not required to attend; a great attitude and an active interest or pursuit of real estate investing is!
