We are a group of real estate investors who specialize in buying, fixing, and renting or flipping properties in San Diego county. We meet once per month and caravan to distressed properties in various neighborhood. We inspect each property, calculate costs, and determine profitability. We all contribute and learn from each other. Our group is led by top real estate investor and broker, Lenska Bracknell, with many years of experience.
