Hi folks,

Short and Sweet!

1. GM Clinic 10/20 - Keep the action moving
2. A LARP-ing we will go.
3. Running your own events

GM Clinic 10/20 - Keep the action moving

It's finally scheduled! Venue TBA, but it will either be in Jefferson Park (more likely) or Wrigleyville. We do a lot in Wrigley area already, so I am trying to mix things up.

Patrick Benson of will be leading the discussion, focusing on how to keep your game advancing and avoiding those low points with your players getting up from the table. Intended for more experienced GMs, newbies are welcome and you are certainly encouraged to offer your own thoughts and tips.

Podcasters not only welcome, but very much appreciated!

A LARP-ing we will go!

This week's words for the October giveaway are: Elder Sign.

David Zoltan has posted an event for the Chicago Camarilla (Werewolf). If you're involved with a LARP, contact me regarding posting your events... if its RP, its fair game for the calendar.

The Empire of Chivalry and Steel and Nero are two other active area groups, and I am sure there are plenty of others. Empire will be running a Sword workshop at our next big monthly mashup event.

Running your own events

If you're just trying to scare up the last few people for your event, contact me regarding getting your event on the calendar! The easiest way to get people to play with is to help organize!

Thanks for being a member!
