A winter wander on Hampstead Heath

We will walk around five of Hampstead Heath’s ponds – a walk of approximately two and a half miles. We will have plenty of time to
stop and photograph the winter landscape of the Heath and the birds (gulls,
ducks, swans, geese and other waterfowl) on the ponds. We will be walking on
some rough, unmade-up paths which may be muddy so please wear appropriate footwear and bring a drink to keep you hydrated.

We will return to the station at the end of the walk and will follow this with an optional pub lunch.
