RTP Semantic Web: February 2010 Meetup

Since we don't have a speaker lined up to talk about anything specific, we can have some meta discussion about the group, and things we can do to get more people involved, get the word out, promote the group,
find speakers, etc.
However, if we have enough people who are interested, and haven't heard my "Introduction to the Semantic Web" talk before, I can run through that.
The good news is, we have the space at CCC formalized for our meetings now (again), so we'll get able to get on a consistent schedule going forward.
