This meetup group is a place where like-minded people can find out about car (and bike) events and obtain car or bike parts that each of us may have that we either like to sell, trade or even buy in the RTP area. Feel free to join this meetup, and "sign up" for the events (that way you'll get email announcements and such).

On November 16, Daniel at Auto Fashions took control over group.  I wanted to organize this group and help those of us that have parts that all of you might have and would like to sell, trade or buy and also come together on Car and bike shows, just like the previous owner has done.  Swap meetups will now be added and announce on the calendar and we will meet at a local restaurant. Please remember to have parts and accessories clean and free of oil and dirt when bringing them to an event.

There will only be a few organized gathering of members at the events car and bike events (we'll just be participating in the event in general).  Events listed will mostly be classic & muscle car events (car shows, cruise-ins, etc), classic & cruiser-style bike events and occasionally swap meetups.

Since Robert organized this group before me he is grandfathered in as an event organizer.

This group is a great NEW place for marketing your business and products within our community while participating in a social group in public places within Raleigh areas or in towns that are close by.  Business owners can become an event organizer and sponsor of three of our groups. That's 750 members and growing each day!

Once you buy sponsorship you can become an event organizer and run events in three of our groups for your company or organization. By doing this you will help your company attract more customers while giving group members something interesting to participate in our groups.

Daniel  at AutoFashions.com said this is not a scam, but a GUARANTY that you will get a pay check for your company or non-profit organization, if you buy $36.00 yr sponsorship and run events in our group!

When ten or more business buy into sponsorship Daniel at AutoFashions.com will pay and deduct the meetup server fee for our groups then divided the remaining payed balance from each sponsored business /organizations, then pay their fair share for supporting our groups once a year.  This way we all get paid back a little something for our advertising investments.

(residents that want to be an event organizers that pay less than $36.00 a year and do not own a non-profit or business are not included in the get pay back deal)
