My opinion: Very valuable and useful to every skill level; either beginner or advanced. Here is one of few places I experienced correct lighting sitting in right distance from Model. Presence of couple of artists sharing techniques and hints. Welcoming every one in every level of skill. I, myself, learned much from few sessions sketching here. No restriction for drawing or painting tools... I recommend try it once and you'll fall in love.
