Man-made global warming has been a subject of much discussion and controversy for over a decade.
The purpose of Man-Made Global Warming Truth Seekers is to examine the science, logic, benefits, costs and practical aspects of government programs designed to mitigate the rise in the earth's temperature by the reduction of the combustion of fossil fuels.
The intended benefit of those government programs is the mitigation of the rise of earth's temperature.
The term climate change has frequently replaced global warming, but in our discussions we will avoid the term climate change and focus exclusively on "man-made global warming largely caused by the combustion of fossil fuels."
The benefit is to help us understand this core subject from which all others originated and prevent us from diverting into side issues.
Our goal is share and learn together and then to help educate the public about what man-made global warming is and what to do about it.
