As requested by members, a get-together to share recipes, techniques, and samples of cultured and fermented foods such as yogurt, kefir, sauerkraut, pickles, sourdough, etc. Heather has starters for you to take home of sourdough and kefir and will demonstrate making sauerkraut.
If you have recipes, tips and tricks, or helpful advice on how to get started making cultured and fermented foods, please come and share! If you have never tried making these foods but want to start, come to learn!
