Friday Ground & Flow is a relaxed, outdoor evening experience on the Beltline—designed to help you slow down, move your body, and reconnect with the earth in a simple, grounded way.

We’ll move through light yoga and guided stretching, spend time grounding on the grass, and create space to clear your mind and reset before the weekend.

This isn’t a class you have to “keep up” with.
It’s a space you can drop into.

Lakisha Rogers a Facilitator of Inner Intimacy and Certified SOMA Breath Instructor with over 20 years of exploring wellness practices, offers grounding and restorative experiences through meditation, breathwork, mindful movement, sound, art, self-reflection, and community connection designed to cultivate inner intimacy, peace, and embodied presence.

This immersive sound therapy experience is guided by a powerful mother–daughter duo blending intentional energy work, resonant crystal bowl soundscapes, and plant-based herbal wisdom. Each session is crafted to help you release stagnant energy, reset your nervous system, and return to center—clear, grounded, and recalibrated for the month ahead.
