A group for those who love crisp greens, juicy watermelons, clear minds, sparkling eyes and the most vibrant health achievable!

If you’re 100% raw vegan, or any other % or just interested in learning about increasing the amount of living foods (raw fruits and vege’s) in your diet to experience more energy, health and love for life - come and meet up!

Everyone is welcome, you don’t have to be raw or vegan to join, just interested.

What to bring:

• Bring your own lovingly prepared raw dish. If you’re new to all this there are lots of easy raw food recipes online! (You could try Jenny Cornbleet's easy recipes here. Or Keren Knowler. Or if you get stuck, just bring a plate of fruits (washed and beautifully arranged on a plate.)

• What ever you wish to drink

• Your recipe (PLEASE, write up the INGREDIENTS you used! Some people may have allergies or are avoiding certain foods.)
• Bring your relaxed self (and possibly a friend or two) and be ready to share, and enjoy vibrant delicious food.
• Musical instruments totally encouraged

Please use organic ingredients where ever possible. We do not use animal parts or products at our potlucks (incl seafood and dairy). Please don't bring anything packaged or processed. Use all fresh & natural ingredients :-)

RAW VEGAN FOODS ARE:
Foods that are prepared with minimal processing and/or dehydrated at temperatures below 115 degrees Fahrenheit. Drying foods at these low temps approximates the natural process of sun-drying and in turn leaves the food bursting forth with enzymes, nutrients, and vitamins still intact.
Enzymes start to degrade in as little as 115 degrees F. All cooked food is devoid of enzymes. Cooking food changes the molecular structure of the food and renders it toxic. Living and raw foods also have enormously higher nutrient values than the foods that have been cooked.

Come and join us as we learn together how live foods make us feel better, heal us from diseases, give us more energy and a more positive outlook on life!

If you have a Raw/Vegan/Organic/ Whole food business, contact the organizer, and we can discuss sponsorship opportunities!
