Nutrition Counselor Sheree Clark will be presenting a series of classes through LearnWest, a community education program. Class locations will be announced.

Nuts milks and cheeses are delicious, nutritious and are the perfect alternative for those wishing to avoid gluten, dairy and soy. Unlike what you buy in the store, these homemade dairy substitutes are also free of preservatives, stabilizers, artificial ingredients or additives of any kind. In this class you will learn basics, including what kitchen tools you need. You will leave with a resource guide with recipes, tips on food storage and more. This class is raw, vegan and gluten free.
