      Smart girl, getting others on the juicing train with you! I'm brewing some herbal tea as I write. I find if I can constantly sip, I do better. Helps me stay hydrated too. This morning I had pineapple, beet, ginger, celery. It was good!

    OK, gang, today is Day #1! The first three days present the greatest challenge for mot people. For me I usually struggle on Day #2, but it can be different each time. Let's post here and keep each other going…it really makes a difference to have support, I know from experience! Also, if we want to meet as a group in person during this time, I am game. Who wants to tell how they're doing or what they've had to drink so far today? I started with wheatgrass and coconut water before yoga this morning….
