Standard American diet, very little raw and organic food.
Ideas and tips on how to incorporate more raw and organic food into my family's diet and still having them enjoy their meals - without breaking the bank.
Having the time to prepare great tasting healthy food. Budgeting for healthy food options Cravings for unhealthy foods. Choosing healthy options that my family likes, too. My family generally likes their food cooked and/or over-processed.
I like spaghetti squash instead of spaghetti noodles, but haven’t been able to find a raw sauce that I like enough to go with it.
I am the mother of a beautiful little boy and the "common law" wife of an amazing man. I am interested in helping my family live healthier, happier and longer lives. I know that raw food is the one of the keys to that. I am HUNGRY for more info!
