Menu ideas. I love to cook but don't know techniques to make thing GF or DF. My raw foods are pretty boring.
Using new techniques, cooking in smaller portios (don't wish to eat the same thing for 4 days).
Shaved Fennel and grapefruit. Classic recipe is shaved fennel, mushroom, olive oil and lemon.
Enjoy paddle boarding, kettle bells, running. Enjoy cooking and healthy foods. Recently GF.
