Standard American diet and eat meat daily.
Another style of eating that is healthier. To help me eat more fruits and veggies and feel better.
Prep time! It is so much easier to make a meal from a box or can versus cutting fresh fruit and veggies. I know how to prepare fruit and veggies, just do not take the time to do so very often. I would like to prepare more of my food for lunches also instead of eating frozen lunches.
