I've been 95+ percent Raw Vegan about 7 months now, and am grateful for the information which led me to this change. These potlucks are a fantastic venue for sharing ideas/recipes to keep the determination strong to stay onboard with it. With plenty of space here, I look forward to meeting as many of you as possible on Sunday, Dec 2 at Noon.

This is Marty's first Potluck and he is excited to see everyone. He will be playing the movie "Eating" at the end of the potluck for those people that would like to stay and watch it.

You must be on the RSVP list in advance to get past the guard gate.

We will send out an email 24 hours before with a map.

If lost or needing any other assistance please call Marty at[masked]

Raw Potluck: all those attending are requested to bring a 100% raw, organic, unprocessed, non-animal based (vegan with no honey) ready-to-serve dish for 9-15 people. Please bring a typed or neatly printed recipe to display next to your dish ideally with copies for people to take with them if they so choose.

The below list of raw vegan food dish ideas to help you have plenty of ideas for dishes to bring to our potluck events.

1. You could bring an organic salad;

2. There is a source for raw recipes listed in the invitation at;

3. There are plenty of raw recipes available online;;;;;;;

4. Most raw food books have raw recipes; and

5. Organic fruit or fruit salad.

    I'd love to participate and learn more about raw food meals but at this stage I know nothing about preparations, etc. because I don't cook.

      Helen, that is the best part about raw don't have to cook. Just grab some fruit and come and learn. It can be as difficult or as easy as you want it to be.
