Susskind vs. Hawking: Black Holes & the 2nd Law of Thermodynamics

I'd like to talk (and mostly listen) to a discussion of "The Black Hole War," by Leonard Susskind. This book details their theoretical battle over the question of what happens to (physical bits of) information after it's absorbed into a black hole. I especially want to hear discussion of the contents & implications of The Holographic Principle.
