The Real Affordable Partnership (RAP) is a unique community project that is making “affordable housing” a reality.

This is possible by creating a “partnership” amongst a group of real estate professionals that will work together to acquire, renovate and sell “real” property at a low cost or no cost basis. This process will allow the home to be sold at an “affordable” price to very deserving family in the Boston Metro area.

This project began August 2009 and is currently a work in progress but hopefully will gain momentum quickly. One of the biggest challenges is adding partners who will be willing to contribute and add their specific professional expertise to make the project a success. On the right sidebar of this website has the “Partner” list of professionals already on board.

If you would like to contribute to the success of the Real Affordable Partnership (RAP), please email info@realaffordable.org.
