Cigars & Real Estate : Let's Continue!

Alright everybody!
While the Summer is coming to an end, we still have a few sunshine-filled days and want to take advantage of the weather before moving into the indoor location.
We have decided to make event more of potluck style. Feel free to bring your own cigars or beverage of choice.
You don't have to smoke cigars to join in.
We will have a selection of cigars available at the event. Suggested donation for a couple of cigars is $10-20. We will also have some whiskey to accompany the cigars - suggested donation is $5-10.
There is no set topic - we will all just chat on many Real Estate subjects!
Street parking is FREE after 4:00PM . We will go until everybody is just done talking about real estate or it gets too cold to stand outside (although whiskey should help fight the chill).
We would love to hear from those attending with feedback and ideas on the group, potential locations, and subjects of interest.

I will be bold enough to say that Gideon is one of the very few people in the Pacific Northwest (if not beyond) that has some very unique insights into our Real Estate market.
Quick note, that event location will depend on the weather - and if we see that on Friday early afternoon it's not looking good, we can switch location to the Pellego Office (located just a block away from current location) - which has a covered Deck. So, be sure to check event page before you get to the location.
