Mastermind Advanced Investor Subgroup Meeting

This months Advanced Investor Mastermind meeting will be about what current end buyers are looking for in their homes. Let's talk about some trending and changes that are happening. Example...kitchens, bathrooms and color schemes. I will bring in a designer that understands what the soccer mom and trophy wife are expecting on fresh rehabs. This will be a great masterminding opportunity and sharing ideas. We will also briefly recap last months topic on buying and selling notes. April's upcoming general meeting is going to be about contractors and materials. So this mastermind should set us up nicely for next months topic!

There is no charge for Oakland REIA members or for first time attendees who've not yet become members. However, if you are not a member, there is a charge of $20 for each additional meeting you attend.
