Mentoring Program

Our Mentoring Program is a great way to put you on the fast-track to sound, proven Real Estate investing strategies. This one-on-one and group setting allows us to focus on topics specific to your needs, rather than spending time learning information that may not be useful to you, now, or in the future. You may have discovered that there seems to be an endless number of “Real Estate Investing” topics that we could discuss. With so many topics, it is impossible to master them all. Fortunately, it isn’t necessary to know it all. However, it is important to determine which topics fit into your Personal Investment Philosophy and to become knowledgeable in these areas. Ultimately this will help you achieve your Real Estate Investing Goals.

There are several environments in which mentoring can be accomplished; one on one, webinars, field work (fieldtrips, inspections, etc.) homework research, and more. What’s important, is to get started! Together with sound education and proven strategies, we can reduce risks and liability while increasing profits and overall performance. Let’s do it right the first time.

Purpose:

The purpose of this Mentoring program is to build a strong foundation of Real Estate Investing Knowlege, through sound, proven, and practical strategies. This program does not include hype, get rich quick gimmicks, unproven strategies, or unethical practices. All classes, Fieldtrips and webinars are taught by Eddie, Dina, and our Contractor. We promote long-term investment strategies, dictated by location and market conditions. Live where you want but invest where the numbers make sense.

Schedule:

This is a 4 week course broken down into 9 key subjects, plus a fieldtrip. Each subject builds upon the previous. All classes and times are pre-scheduled. There are also other learning opportunities that are not mandatory but encouraged.

Subject 1. The purchase process with REO emphasis
Subject 2. Real Estate Investing from A-Z - Overview of all the pieces.
Subject 3. Market Analysis - Live where you want, but invest where it makes sense.
Subject 4. Property Analysis - Where the rubber meets the road.
Subject 5. Fieldtrip - Tying it all together where it all counts
Subject 6. Developing your "Personal Investment Philosophy" - Determine what's right for you.
Subject 7. Financing - Effective long and short-term loans, and associated risks.
Subject 8. Property Management - Not exciting, but absolutely necessary.
Subject 9. Putting it all together - Goals and specific plan of actions.

At the end if this grogram you will understand basic concepts of Real Estate Investing and how to apply them in the field, with confidence. You will have established your own Personal Investment Philosophy. You will be comfortable analyzing properties, calculating cash-flows and have strategies in place to acquire Real Estate. Real Estate investing is all about ongoing education, and creating & constantly re-evaluating your Personal Investment Philosophy.

This program is intended to be just the beginning of our business relationship. At the end of your Mentorship, it will be time to begin working on your Real Estate goals. Having clearly defined Investment goals in place, we will continue strategizing as a team toward the accomplishments of these goals. We intend to be here for you every step of the way. We will also encourage you to continue attending our Fieldtrips along with our Investment Group Meetings. These benefits are available to all of our Mentoring graduates at no charge.
