Buying houses “subject to”. When I 1st heard about Subject to, I waited to
learn this strategy because it sounded confusing. Years later when I finally
took some training on it, I wished I’d learned it earlier because it’s so powerful.
You can actually buy a house and keep the seller’s loan in place. WOW…
Come out and hear my friend and mentor Terry Robinson explain exactly
how he buys and holds rental property using this strategy. Terry has been
in the real estate business since 1989, WOW. He has 16 rentals and invests
