We can observe and be aware of changing objects, but when asked the question:
"Who am I?" We can't seem to find an answer to observe or be aware of.

All we're left with is "nothing"; an openess which all thoughts, feelings and experiences are absorbed into.

This openess or presence is more intimate and immediate than any thought or idea of what or who we are.

After 10 years of intense self-enquiry and personal discovery through psychology, philosophy, science and various spiritual traditions, in August 2010 Aaron woke up and nobody was there.
There was no longer a separate entity known as Aaron, and only the perception of wholeness remained.

This "happening" is referred to by many names in many traditions such as: conscious death, self-realisation, liberation, the dropping of the ego, being one with God, and enlightenment.

every Monday @ 7pm in Auckland, New Zealand.
