Last year I took the weekend seminar offered by Washington Kayak Club at Bowman Bay - just not falling out of your boat isn't good enough knowing how to self rescue is a must- this seminar is the best bang for your buck in the area

Although I started this group I don't run the group.  All of you run the group.  I just had the ida to start the group.  If you want to post an beginner lesson you may do so.  Eery member is made an event member so they can post when they want to go out with other people and be the host.

I have a buys schedule as most of you do as well.  I post when I can which is usually in the spring or summer.

If you want a beginner lesson, I hope somebody post one.  If there is a day when it isn't windy or raining I would post a beginner lesson but I am not good a coaching.  I just go and know how to paddle and not fall in, which I learned from many years of rowing lessons in a boat built for 4 through Lake Washington Rowing club.

If you want to pay you can take beginner lesson through the NW Outdoor Center Kayaking place in South Lake Union.

Don't mean to come off sounding snotty in any way.  Jus wanting to say it like it is.

PS.  For the lady who designed the t-shirt design, would you hold on to it for me or re EM it to me.  Not enough member have paid their $5.00 for me to have enough money after paying metups to afford to by the t-shirts and screen print the designs.  I will eventually get to them.
