Welcome to our first meetup of 2015, dedicated to Software Defined Storage and Platform as a Service.
The first session will focus on reviewing both Ceph and Gluster FS, Red Hat's sponsored scale out storage community projects to discuss their similarities and differences, A true Inktanker (http://www.inktank.com/) turned Red Hatter, Mr. Taco Scargo (https://www.linkedin.com/in/scargo) from Red Hat will host this in-depth briefing and a sneak-peek on the future roadmap for both technologies.
Our second talk will center on "OpenShift", Red Hat's on premise PaaS offering. Senior Red Hatter Roger Nunn (https://uk.linkedin.com/pub/roger-nunn) will share an "under the hood" view of the technology. learn about real case studies for this solution and separate fact from fiction in this informative session.
