The Red Lotus Society is a non-profit organization founded to promote the practice and awareness of meditation for the improvement of mental health and environmental well being.
The Red Lotus Society, owns and operates The Ideal Studio, a Conscious Movement and Meditation Center in downtown San Diego where we offers donation-based classes 7 days a week in different forms of meditation, yoga, qi gong, martial arts and other mindfulness practices. Our regular schedule of classes is available on our website and on our "About" page. However, on this Meetup page, we list only workshops, special events, art shows and monthly parties.
