Examples include kettlebells, the TRX body weight system and cardio circuits. These exercises are designed to completely change your health and fitness in the most positive and effective way possible.
All fitness levels are welcome from beginner to athlete.
The program will help you to get results much more easily and in a far shorter period of time than spending long hours in the gym. All you have to do is show up 3 days a week and work hard for an hour. This is great for busy people who want results.
Boot Camp classes are held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning from 6am - 7am.
