Many of us have clients that struggle with social networks. Yelp is one them that has frustrated many business owners with reviews and unruly marketing tactics. Join us to November 8th to see how you can help educate your clients on how to gain the edge on the competition.

Yelp averages more than 20 Million reviews and 53 Million visitors per month.  How many of your customers rely on Yelp?  In this presentation, Steven Moody and Sandro Jaeggi of Beachhead Marketing will review how you can increase your revenue by effectively using your Yelp profile.

We'll be looking at how to improve your Yelp reputation, who should care about Yelp, deconstructing Yelp's algorithm, how to improve your Yelp presence, baseline results, what are you customers searching for, optimizing profiles, getting your good reviews out of purgatory and more.

Can you continue to make some of these topics less technical from time to time? I know you have in the past with topics like crowd sourcing. Thanks.

Hi Mark. Yeah it's tough to appease marketers, designers and coders all at the same time so we try to mix it up without being watered down while doing so. For this month we'll be looking at gaming using HTML5. Next month we'll be talking about the latest SEO techniques.

Hi Phelan, there's an SEO guy named Rob Burns, who lives in San Diego. He might be interested in speaking to the group. I haven't approached him or anything, nor am I a member of his program. However, it seems like he knows his stuff. Here's his website: http://linkbuildingrocket.com
