  • Qualcomm Building QRC (Qualcomm Research Center)

Growth Hackers engineer virality at the core of their products to build a steady flow of users. We will discuss which company's have successfully used these techniques to grow. The psychology and principals of viral growth and how you can learn to think and act like a growth hacker, too.

Tim Homuth will expand on the discussion he gave on Facebook Ads and share from his experience in direct, digital, and social media marketing.

It's a concept that I think had been in the back of my mind, but giving it a name and then calling out examples and having a discussion about it will likely help keep it front-of-mind for me (as a developer trying to learn more about promotion / getting more "eyes" onto a product).

Overall I might have learned less than I thought I would (but the interesting tidbits I did pick up, I probably wouldn't have gotten elsewhere). I was impressed at the turnout. I thought that was an appropriate amount of people (not to small or too big). For that reason, I'll probably go to more.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
