Start your off your Summer right by sharing your truth and diving into your inward path in a courageous space.
Every class we will experience a spiritual or somatic exercise that will allow you to feel, be and experience your whole self. Let’s gather in this space to be open to showing up for yourself and our collective.
Present, Open, Connected and On Purpose - Come with a small space to move in, a journal and an open mind.
We will start out opening up the space with a energetic clearing. (You can use crystals or sage)
Then we will do a short grounding meditation to settle in. We will share where we are from and what brought you into the space. We will do a centering movement exercise to ground you into yourself. We will do an Optional share briefly if it feels right to you. We will pause to journal. We will integrate the exercises with a brief gratitude exercise.
Jen is a Reiki Coach and Yoga Therapist. She enjoys bringing people into a place of peace through body centered practices. She teaches Yoga For mental health and centering. She assists people at releasing their trauma through acceptance, presence and movement. She gets fired up when she sees that someone has had a breakthrough. She is also quite content nurturing gentle improvements.
