Tapping into the Magic of Collective Intelligence

Back by popular demand! Our last group of participants enjoyed the workshop so much that they asked to repeat it. No matter whether you are already initiated to this approach or not, we will provide learning opportunities for everyone.

If you have read Frederic Laloux’s book, Reinventing Organizations - Creating Organizations Inspired by the Next Stage of Human Consciousness, you may be asking yourself ‘How do I encourage my colleagues or team members to participate more in the thinking process?’

Our session addresses this challenge by exploring techniques that bring out the best thinking in a group and create more commitment within teams.

We will introduce you to the essentials of Sociocracy, a whole systems governance method that makes collaboration, self-organization and distributed authority practical and effective.
