Would you like to be an actor of deep change? Do you long to be part of an emerging world? To be a host to collective transformation? “Theory U” can guide you on a journey to “Transforming Business, Society and Self . . . “

You are welcome to this Theory U taster workshop to give you a “feeling” of what it is all about. Theory U is a meta-framework for deep change but also a journey that helps us to create from an emerging future instead of from past patterns. At the core of the "U" Theory is presencing: sensing + presence. Presencing is a journey with five movements: We move down one side of the U (connecting us to the world that is outside of our institutional bubble) to the bottom of the U (connecting us to the world that emerges from within) and up the other side of the U (bringing forth the new into the world).

During this taster workshop we will also present the U.Lab, an online Theory U learning programme. U.Lab is an exceptional (and free) MOOC that combines virtual learning and collaboration with physical meetings. The next U.Lab session starts on September 8th with several hubs (physical gatherings during which participants exchange on the programme topics) planned in Belgium, one of which in Brussels around the project “Re-inventing Brussels”.
