Many of us live our lives constantly on the go, unable to slow down due to our hectic schedules and multi-faceted lives. We have our work, relationships and other responsibilities taking control of our lives, and often we don't have time for ourselves. We'd like to change that by offering an hour to you to relax and give you back a sense of control and well being. Our relaxation hour starts off with a traditional Chinese oolong tea ceremony, where we slow down your pace and lead you into relaxation. Next, we do a self facial massage on accupressure points. This is followed by a guided meditation designed to reduce stress and encourage you to "let go" of your tension. This is followed by another tea ceremony and a well being discussion.
