Fix and Flip (and hold and and and) Meetup!

This month we are excited to present Anton James!

Everyone would like to invest and know they should be investing, but how do you know what to do? 'Investing' is different from being an educated investor. We are all searching for that perfect investment. If only we had that proverbial 'crystal ball' Well you may not and neither does our guest speaker, Anton James.

However, Anton is an enthusiastic educator and willingly shares secrets that you may not have learnt in school. If you have a deep desire to learn, then come on out to this month’s meeting Thursday August 25th, 7pm at Douglas College in Coquitlam. Room D-1023 in the Health Sciences Building

Anton will be sharing some of his personal story as to how he progressed along his real estate investing journey and what criteria and features he looks for in analyzing and choosing any investment opportunity. It promises to be an information packed evening typical of all 'Fix and Flip(or hold, rent and refi)' meetups it will be an evening with loads of fun, education and great networking opportunities .

Our group consists of many from beginners who are currently renting to intermediate investors like ourselves who have one or more properties (and growing). We also have a few very experienced members who control millions of dollars in real estate. We have members that own their own bank and members that lend private money. We often have have guests that are licensed realtors, mortgage brokers, building inspectors and trades people. We are buyers and sellers and students alike!
