This group meets to explore our spiritual nature, to become more resilient in spirit, to get more connected to our purpose in life. We use all sorts of ways to connect to ourselves, each other and Spirit. Yoga, Meditation, QiGong, spiritually conscious films and labyrinth walks are some of the activities we pursue in our journey to make our lives more spiritual and resilient to the stress of everyday life. This is a non-denominational, non-religious group for those seeking more spiritual connection.

Many of our activities are free or modest fee. Occasionally we have a seminar or workshop at full price. Mostly we are happy to be forming a community of people who are interested in meeting others, who support a spiritual awareness and a growing level of consciousness in our busy lives.
