Let's get a feel for Holacracy in action

Having joined a Holacracy a couple of months ago I am buzzing when I think about how much potential this system of self-organisation has to offer the world.

I'm an active learner and for me it has been incredible to experience Holacracy in real life meetings as part of Evolving Organisation. This meetup will be hosted by a certified Holacracy Facilitator and we will be simulating a tactical meeting.

Holacracy offers an alternative system to the linear hierarchy that supports most organisations today. This alternative system is not a cure all solution but does provide a structure within which tensions can be addressed, people can work to their strengths and businesses can become more responsive.

Do drop me a line with any questions. We'll be at Better Bankside so bring along your own snacks/refreshments if you wish to. There is a £10 cash on the door charge to help pay for the venue hire. We will have a quick intro and then we'll be doing a Holacracy simulation so expect to join in to get the most out of the event!
