How to Utilize the Right Project Management Solution to Deliver Success

In today’s project-centric work environment, the ability to coordinate multiple projects with distributed teams—and making high-level strategic decisions based upon consolidated project progress, risk and resource usage information—is critical.

When it comes to project management, every individual, team, and organization has unique needs. Microsoft's vision for project management is to enable individuals and teams to choose the tool that is the best fit for their specific project while still delivering the visibility that their organization needs to ensure focus on the right priorities. This session will help you understand how all the solutions across Office 365, SharePoint, and Project fit together so you can chart a realistic approach to project management for your organization that will deliver immediate value with an eye to the future.

Great presentation from Dux as always! Great to see some of the SharePoint 2013 out of the box Project Management capabilities in addition to what Project Lite and Project Server 2013 provide for both on-premise and in the cloud.

I would highly reccomend to the reluctant project managers out there and to some of the "players" that say they are Project Server Professionals. I enjoyed Dux's presentation style and the the presentation was well worth my time.

Dux was great, as expected! Really liked the discussion of Office 365 licensing benefits without sacrificing functionality.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
