We're kicking off the first SF Retail Tech meetup for the year on Tuesday March 8th at Bespoke SF (Westfield) co-hosted by Myagi & Zendesk!
There will be a panel with some great retail minds discussing;
'What does Retail Customer Service look like in 2016 and what does the future hold?' The discussion will include what the customer wants, technology advancements, workforce changes/challenges and online & offline interactions.
