NES: Nintendo World Championship Tournament

Details

Yep, you read that right! We're doing a Nintendo World Championship Tournament on NES!

Tournament Play Starts at 3:30pm. Entry Fee to the tournament is $5. (The buy in helps pay for games for the group). For those who don't know, the game is a single player timed series (6 min, 21 sec) with the following parts:

  1. Collect 50 coins in Super Mario Bros
  2. Complete first level of Rad Racer
  3. Play Tetris until remaining time is up

The players with the 3 top scores will earn prizes! Prizes are sponsored by my Real Estate business. Prize values will be ~$25 for 1st place, ~$10 for 2nd place, and ~$5 for third place. All participants will receive a "Thanks for playing" prize!

We will have a Super Mario Bros, Rad Racer, You can play 1 round on a practice system and rotate with others that want to practice. No line? Then, it's all yours.

The number of people that sign up, will determine tournament time slots (meaning if 5 people sign up, we won't wait until 5pm to start the tournament). Slot sign ups will be first come first serve.
