IAMRVA Bimonthly Meetup - One Global Identity

Business is all about change and adapting to new market demands, which requires the ability to easily reorganize people, processes, and resources. These changes can occur at any scale, whether you’re reorganizing a business unit or orchestrating a billion-dollar merger.

We all strive for a  flexible identity management system for supporting our business initiatives at both the tactical and the strategic level. Unfortunately, most current identity environments feature a landscape of distributed identity silos. Within such a disparate, heterogeneous identity infrastructure, reorganizing resources to suit new needs often requires the development of costly one-off integration points with hard-coded custom logic.

Join us as we welcome Denise Lores, Solutions Architect at Radiant Logic, who will talk about how to leverage virtual directories as an identity integration layer that enables you to deliver the cohesive image of your identity system that your applications need. This solution could be foundational for any identity management initiative, large or small, simple or complex. Denise holds a bachelor's degree from Illinois State University and has led identity management projects at Starbucks, the FBI, the National Institutes of Health, Siemens London, and the IEEE, among others. If you need unified, secure access to identity and contextual views built out of heterogeneous environments, she's the expert you are looking for.

The meeting will start at 8:30am with meeting, greeting, networking, and breakfast. The formal meeting will start at 9:00am with introductions and Denise's presentation which will be about 45 minutes. Afterwards there will be a Q&A session and then informal networking time.

I hope to see everyone there!

Presentation from Radiant Logic was great. Only disappointment was in the number of no-shows which was probably attributable to the lateness of setting the location and time. I will fix that for June. Havana 59 ... here we come!

Sorry Alex ... forgot to put that in. Just updated with the location, the Franklin Commons Café at 5620 Cox Road in Innsbrook. It's right next door to our office the last meeting was held. You enter the Cafe through the back of the 5620 building. The entrance is labeled.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
