As a Real Estate Investor you probably realize the most important factor determining your success is finding the right deals quickly. You also know how difficult it is to locate a good contractor, lender, or other professional. Our new Deal Maker Sessions could be the perfect solution for you.
The Richmond Real Estate Wholesalers Group has formed a coalition of various area real estate professionals who are ready to make deals! Deal Maker Sessions are an open arena for investors who wish to make offers on investment properties that are being offered for sale. All deals presented will be reviewed and discussed as a group and… houses will be SOLD! Deal Maker Sessions are for any investor, new or seasoned that would like the opportunity to discuss and negotiate deals among a group of peers and professionals. Deal Maker Sessions are not auctions or Realtor Presentations but rather an opportunity to become involved, have some fun, network with other investors, and to be part of a deal as it happens in real time!
Some of the professionals that will be on hand for you are Equity Development Corp (EDC), and the Richmond HomeVestors. We will also be inviting other professionals to our Deal Maker Sessions so that all resources are available for you to close your deal.
