Scout Camp Ride - WMR & RVA Racing will host for Intermediate to Advanced Riders

Women's Multisports of Richmond and RVA Racing will be leading a special ride of intermediate to advanced riders this week since the Scout Camp is available in May for rides while the Boy Scouts are away. All riders who want to join in must be ready to roll out of the Cub Scout Pavillion no later than 6pm. Everyone will be leaving together @ 6pm and finishing together by 830pm. If we have time we will do two laps. We will be doing the course in the counter clockwise direction since that is the direction that the Scout Camp race will be this year. Right now Bill Swann has a “blue” easy section parallel to a “black diamond” section set up on part of the course.

So this course should be new and fun! But warning By this time, tic populations will be dense and thirsty so be sure to bring tic repellant. For some reason this area of Goochland has a high tic population so prep appropriately.

What to bring:

Helmet - required

Water and snacks

Spare tube

Gloves and protective eyewear are also recommended
