Run with fellow runners in your area at local meetups. Participate in various long and short distance running. Our group loves the trails. Share ideas for safety and gear knowledge. Find running partners/friends that share similar goals.

This group has members that run at all different levels and I encourage you to join with that knowledge. Our group is about the many benefits that come from running with company as opposed to running alone.

If you're a faster runner you may be one of many that like to lead the group. If you jog slow, so does the organizer, so you'll always have company.
