This class meets three times a week it teaches you Self Defense with reality base techniques, there is also exercise that contributes to your lessons. Please be advised there is physical activity involved we ask before your start any class consult your physicain prior.



Monday: 6:30 pm-7:15pm kids class parent or guardian supervison is required.



Adults class: 7:30 pm- 8:30pm



Wednesday: 6:30 pm-7:15pm kids class parent or guardian supervison is required.



Adults class: 7:30 pm- 8:30pm



Friday class: Open floor adults & kids class. (we ask if children attend class we require a parent or guardian to supervise there child at all times.)



WE ARE NOT BABYSITTERS!! We teach self defense to those who want to learn.
