Member meet and greet and discuss expertise, goals and future agenda

I'd like to take this first meeting to meet the other members and get a baseline on the expertise of the group. Discuss goals, expectations and the best use of our time for future meetups. We can also discuss future meeting locations. Nothing is required to bring to this initial meeting, but future meetups we will discuss actual strategies, code and issues. So appropriate documentation for the group would be welcome.
