Having lots of fun while meeting new people and engaging in some crazy exercise through the amazing sport of... ULTIMATE FRISBEE! This group is geared around the 20s/30s age bracket, but anyone who wants to play hard is invited.

No experience necessary...just know how to throw and catch a frisbee AND run! Easy game...we'll go over the rules and you'll catch on by playing. Feel free to invite friends and family by indicating guests on your RSVP!

Always bring lots of water and sunscreen (if necessary). I'll bring bands to distinguish the teams, so don't worry about wearing the right color. We play rain or shine (no thunderstorms though!) FYI, these are pick-up games and we'll probably play for an hour and half or two each time we meet...depending on the energy of the players. ;) Endurance is a great quality...

FYI: We generally eat out after playing on Wednesdays. Please bring cash (not cards) if you want to come; it makes life much easier! Also, please note that in planning these events, I look for a minimum of 8 people (if we don't get that, I cancel). E-mails are sent out telling of such things (but cancelling doesn't happen all too often).
