I have found that there's a tendency to simplify difficult concepts with notions like "Just forgive everything from your childhood real quick, and then you can ____." Or "Just set aside the limiting decisions that have defined your entire life." Or "Start setting clearer boundaries." I'm interested in learning things like *how* to go about these things, the actual steps it takes to get from point A to point B.
I have been involved in meditation studies since childhood and am currently looking to expand my knowledge through different systems and mediation practices.
